Path amount of food for what it costs, barely a pinch of lettuce and clearly smaller if not half scoops because not ordered in store and completely cold

Half of both Burrito Bowls were empty. I didn't have this issue last time. I ordered outside of peak hours, too, so there shouldn't have been a supply or time issue. Each was normally enough for two meals. Is this the new norm?

I ordered from here even tho the reviews were awful and idk what kind of bad luck you all had but our Burrito Bowl s were perfect. The portions were exactly what I'm used to, everything was fresh! Give them another chance, guys! would order again!

Burrito bowls are so poorly portioned. Practically no rice, barely any meat. This chipotle is the worst. Chips are ALWAYS stale. Every time I go here I think it'll be different an it never is. Avoid this chipotle if you can.
