Chips were stale per usual. The bowl had an ounce of rice, basically no rice. Would they have made it this way if it were an order in person?

Burrito was not made to satisfaction, clumps of cheese and sour cream, and in other areas just rice or meat. Burrito bowl was only half full (very disappointing!) and had so much salsa on it I could only take one bite before I tossed it (and I love spicy, so it was way overkill on the salsa!!)

when ordering chicken burrito bowls....chipolte should know that chicken is the topping. they should not have given a half cup chicken with zero contents of burrito bowls. common sense. if in doubt call customers. especially if seeing $32 order. chipolte rectified though and redelivery occurred so was straightened out.

Ordered extra steak, paid the money for it, and only got a small amount. I've noticed a trend with this store that if you order online or via a third party app they will give you a small portion. This has happened to me multiple times now. Unfortunately you have to be there to watch them make it in front of you.

Only a couple chips in the bag. Pathetic as it costs nearly nothing for a tortilla let alone to just fry it
