We used to love Chipotle but took a year long break from it because they always stiffed us on the protein. Well, we should have stayed away! We got the Carnitas Burrito Bowl the other day & it was nothing but rice & veggies with maybe 3 tiny bites Carnitas!! Where was the Canitas?!! I paid $13 for rice & veggies?!! Unacceptable & what a disappointment!! I wish I had taken a picture to post! Needless to say, we will be staying away from Chipotle!!

The carnitas was burned and there was only a few pieces in the bowl plys there wasn't any napkins or a fork in the order.

When I arrived at the pickup window I waited 15mins till one of the employees even acknowledged that I was in line. The employees were just chit chatting and enjoying there drinks. The gentleman handed me my food that was sitting on the shelf. The employees need to be taught/ trained on good customer service. I was there on 1/10/24 and picked up my order around 7:20.
