Paid 30 dollars for a Burrito Bowl to be all rice and no meat. Chips we hard and old.

Super disappointing. The "large" Large Chips & Large Guacamole were not large. The chips were stale and the guac was already brown. The steak in my salad was super fatty and seemed old. I threw the whole thing away. Ive given Chipotle multiple tries but im officially giving up at this point.

Food was ice cold and portions much smaller. But separate order of cheese sauce was nice and hot, so food is not being kept at temp in the store. Guacamole in bowls and separate extra order Was BROWN and tasteless. Very little meat on one bowl, same with the veggie bowl almost no veggies. Big disappointment.
