I remember there was a period of time where chipotle wasnt appetizing anymore, however im fortunate enough to say that their ingredients tastes so much better. Theres enough of everything in the Burrito Bowl and its delicious! The meat tastes if such better quality as well as everything else:))

My 3 tacos were COLD. Not just not warm, but cold. And the burrito bowl looked absolutely horrible. Slopped together and half full. And this is with paying for extra chichen. see picture. Lastly the chips were stale and chewy and so caked with salt that those too went in the garbage. We usually enjoy Chipotle but this was the worst meal ever. We paid $60 for this. I complained to Chipotle but since I used door dash I was told to complain to them. So I complained to door dash and their customer service was horrendous as well. Offered me a $12 refund. What a joke. Not a great night. Done with Chipotle and door dash.

Bowl size has extremely been reduced and price has increased significantly. We love chipotle and will be continuing to order because of lack of healthy options when we have to eat out. But today all my meat was burnt on top of the issues with reduced size.

The chips were terribly overcooked and stale/dry and the guacamole did not survive the journey to my home without browning significantly. I think because I scheduled my order it sat for a while because the liquid form my bowl made a literal puddle in the bottom of the bag.

I ordered a steak Quesadilla entree and it asked me to select SIDES. I picked fresh tomato salsa and pinto beans...but they dumped it inside my quesadilla instead, so I got a soggy Quesadilla with a few cubes of steak, salsa and beans inside. NO SIDES.
Queso dip was warm but even after heating more it was the consistency of mayonnaise...chips were stale.
