Hardly any rice or salsa on my Burrito Bowl. It was worse than how much Chipotle shorts you when you order using their app. The side of queso was just over half full. I will only order Chipotle in person, so I actually get what I paid for.

I ordered brown rice Burrito Bowl and there was literally like a spoon full of rice in it. I used to be able to eat the Burrito Bowl for diff meals now I don't even get full off a single Burrito Bowl. guess that's why there is a class action lawsuit for the serving sizes...

I ordered a salad with fajita veggies and received my order with a message written on the top of my order saying they were out of lettuce. What I received was rice, salsa, sour cream and cheese. Did not reach out to me before making and sending this my way. Made me pay full price for a lettuce-less salad.
Also, chips were stale.

It took over an hour for them to make our food that we had 3 different dashers assigned to pick up our order because they were waiting so long. The quesadilla I ordered was a burrito with just cheese and meat, the burrito was primarily rice, and the guacamole had large pieces of avocado skin in it.
