Worst burrito bowl i've had from chipotle. I had about 4 pieces of lettuce, no rice, it was mostly beans and sour cream.... and i few tiny pieces of carnitas. The tacos were wrong, ordered crispy and received soft. Absolutely no meat. Also no utensils or napkins.

Have previously had good experiences with this location but a bag full of stale Chips and my Burrito Bowl having undercooked rice have me second guessing ordering from here ever again. Waste of money.

Burrito Bowl was made with rice so undercooked it was still crunch. I paid extra for meat and received 4 small pieces. Container was half full of food. Unless you go into the store this is what its like most of the time.

This was my first time trying chipotle. And I don't think I'll ever order it again. Whatever they put on it I'm not sure if it was like the fresh tomatoes or whatever but something in there was extremely spicy. And they don't say that on the menu. And then I ordered a taco And they put about 2 cups of sour cream on a little corn tortilla. I was very disappointed. I took one bite of the burrito bowl and it was so spicy that I couldn't eat any more of it. They really should note that on their menu

Seriously the worst!!!!! My barbacoa bowl was such a let down. Meat was extremely burnt & crispy & it was just a big chunk not even shredded , rice was hard, cheese tasted sour & i paid for guac & it was literally less a tsp scoop!!!! Also very minimal lettuce, just overall the worst bowl ive ever eaten.
