The lettuce had hard chunks in it. And the chicken was hard.

The Burrito Burrito Bowl was flavorful. That's why I keep ordering it. The only problem I've had is the shredded beef I get is sometimes clumped together and I have to get a knife to cut it. But that happens rarely.
