Order arrived with missing items. Not much chicken or steak. Very small burrito bowl for the amount of money you have to pay. Steak was tough and not cooked correctly and the texture was rubbery!! Chicken tasted over-cooked.

Twice Ive order and Ive not received what Ive ordered. Missing drinks or not the right drinks or out of drinks and had to get the price differnce.
Burrito Bowl had huge clumps of rice. When you pay almost 20.00 for a bowl you expect it to be fresh and not thrown together all sloppy

Ordered a chicken burrito and there was maybe 5 pieces of chicken in it and a pound of rice. Come on y'all for $13 stop skimping out

Have been to this location many times without an issue. First time ordering Chipotle via DoorDash. We paid $3.35 each for extra chicken and didn't receive even the normal amount of chicken that we would if in the store. That's $6.70 total for extra chicken. Other than that, it tastes good, and the orders were correct.
I would like a refund for the cost of the extra chicken only (not the entire order, only the extra chicken)
