Terrible experience. Rice was undercooked, bowl came damn near empty with one huge piece of lettuce. Asked for white rice and got brown undercooked rice. 5 pieces of chicken is what it felt like.

This store has been serving stale chips for months. I used to order chipotle a lot but gave it a break because the chips werent good and just ordered for the first time in months and they're still bad!

I paid for double chicken yet there is barely in either of the two bowls I ordered. Also asked for white rice and was given brown.

I ordered a bowl and got a burrito I wasnt really satisfied i need a refund that bowl cost too much
