The location on Steinway never taste good. The brown rice I ordered was undercooked and burnt, as well as the chicken. The chips were also super stale. $6 dollars for that?? Save your money and order at a different location.

I don't understand how Chipolte can keep getting the order wrong again and again, they constantly omit items, mismake items, they are light handed with the protein - they once sent me a burrito bowl with 2 cubes of meat, they take every advantage of you not being in front of them to dictate their every action and validate their work. Their service fee is almost as much as an entree and for that I expect the order to be perfect every time - yet the mom and pop taco joint with the $1 service fee bests them nearly every time. It's a completely different experience from going in person.

Hardly any meat and basically 1/2 portions on evrything except rice. I used to work for chipotle and this is sad. Also the tortilla had a very weird papery layer to it.

This bowl was about 90% rice. Barely any of the ingredients that make this a meal. I guess I have rice if I want to make a main dish later, but I sure don't have lunch.

Bowl was half empty , not sure if food wasn't ready or if the store was busy. buy portions were not consistent between both Burrito Bowl, Guavmole was also already brown which is weird because it was early
