arrived cold. hardly any rice, hardly any beans. burnt chicken. they didnt really fill my bowl up the whole way. not worth $11. i'd pay $3. Not good.

My wife and I very much enjoyed our food, I got a burrito that was massive! My wife's quesadilla was perfectly made. The add ons were also delicious! Their black beans had a bit of a kick to them, so I suggest sour cream with them too. The food also arrived at the perfect temperature despite it being 20 degrees outside! 10/10 will order again!

The Burrito Bowl with extra chicken was the smallest we have ever received. There was no way this had extra chicken. The taste was still good but the size was not worth $16.00. Sorry I didn't get a picture.

I usually love chiptole when I get it, especially the Burrito Bowl but today it wasn't really that full nor was the chicken exactly fresh tasting. it tasted mostly burnt for the pieces I got. however after taking the chicken out the rice was nice. the chips and corn however I could tell the Chips & Roasted Chili-Corn Salsa (chips) were stale and not fresh and they barely gave me half a cup of corn that I paid 2 dollars for.

I'm extremely dissatisfied and disappointed in this experience. I ordered my food at 9:00PM on 8/3/24, there were 4 pieces of chicken in my bowl and half of the ingredients were missing. Every time i go to this location its a horrible experience. The staff just does not care about the quality of food or service they provide and it shows in their customer care and the product that they put out. An almost $25 meal that is just completly wrong is so frustrating. Do better or find a different field if you dont care about the work that you're doing. Just because its fast food doesnt mean you should just screw off. there are still people that rely on you to do your job and do it well. management needs to be held accountable too as they set the precedent for the rest of the team. I will not be returning to this location or any other chipotle
