We highly recommend Chopstix. 👌 S15. Shrimp & Scallop with Garlic Sauce outstanding. this was the best Chinese food that have gotten in a long time. The Mrs. got C26. General Tso's Chicken and she also enjoyed her meal. She "the chicken is ot dry like she has been getting from other restaurants.

best 1. Spring Roll (2) I've had in Hagerstown so far. the L17. General Tso's Chicken was saucy and crispy. the pork fried rice was perfectly seasoned. the food arrived hot and it was all delicious! highly recommend.

L20. Green Pepper Steak with Onions with Onions was well velveted, fresh and tender! The sauce on it wasnt my favorite though or the seasoning it was overly peppery and sweet for my taste. But overall it's just my preference! Every time I order here the food is fresh and delicious! And they always listen to my order request which I love! The L38. Honey Chicken was delectable! Definitely a favorite now along with the pineapple chicken!

The C26. General Tso's Chicken was really good. Chicken was crispy and sauce amount was generous! Wish they put more than 2 pieces of broccoli in it tho :/ The 2. Pork Egg Roll was delicious!!! One of the best I've had in a long time. The 13. Fried or Steamed Dumplings (8) were...eh. They could have been better in many ways. A side of chili oil to dunk them in would have made their flat flavor, much easier to eat.

This is the only Chinese resturant in the area that takes me back to my days living in NYC. Great food and great price.
