This place has really gone down hill. Their chicken in the Cobb salad is bland. I spent 10 min picking out the pieces and throwing them away. We've also received salads where the arugula was clearly going bad. Sad to give this place a thumbs down.

There were only 3-5 pieces of small chopped chicken. The avocado was not chopped it was just placed on top.

Felt that the portion sizes were a bit small for the price and wish there was more chicken in the Spicy Chicken Soup. The Kale Caesar Wrap was tiny, not worth the price.

Salad itself tastes great but the portions are so small. Paying a premium for a salad and getting a half filled bowl is unacceptable

I order from this place often, today my chicken kale caesar wrap was awful. The wrap itself was extremely stale, completely dried out, and inedible. No joke, like cardboard. What upsets me more than anything is whoever was making my wrap knew full well that it wasn't acceptable to send this to a customer, yet they made it with that wrap anyway. I will never order from chopt again, and am considering opening a case with DoorDash and leaving a review on google and other sites as well.
