mixed 4PC Chicken was overcooked and all pieces were dry. 2nd time is my order has been overcooked and dry.

My order was delivered it was over seasoned and saturated with cooking oil.The chicken was not drained before it was placed in the food delivery box.I used over 15! paper towels and couldn't remove the oil.Horrible ! Spoke with the manager about quality control.Very disappointed.

the last 4 orders was sent back for refund but the last 2 was great the first 1 was cook there was nothing they cpuld have to make it any BETTER IT PERFECT THE SECOND ONE WAS CLOSE TO PERFECT JUST A LITTLE COLD BUT THAT HAPPENS ON DELIVERY BUT IM GOING FOR 3RD NIGHT IN A ROW
