I will never eat there again! The queso and chips has hardly any quedo as you can see in the photo, and they forgotten the chips to eat with it!!! Then?, the birro taco was way too salty, it was full of fat, and disgusting.!

I didn't expect to like this place but the service alone has kept me coming back. I've dined in and done takeout and DoorDash several times since they opened. Service is everything to me and is what makes paying for a meal worthwhile. The staff are always so friendly and welcoming. The orders are packed neatly and they never forget the sauces! The consommé for the birria taco is the best I've had in the area. The prices are ok for today's world and the tacos are filled to the brim with meat so you feel like you're getting your money's worth. It's awesome to have this place so close to home in Hayden.

Cochinito never disappoints. I appreciate their commitment to quality while offering a diverse and flavorful menu. I've had the Birria torta my last three times and I could eat it three more no problem !
