• DoorDash orderFirst DoorDash driver picked up the wrong order. We got a refund & reordered, as the ice cream was for a family birthday. I called & spoke to the manager of Cold Stone who not only sent the reorder, but also the original order complementary-GREAT customer service! We will definitely reorder in the future & appreciate Cold Stone making the customer a priority!

• DoorDash orderOrdered the cheesecake fantasy on a Lovett size hoping that a larger size would stop it from being so mushy. It actually arrived like water and they put the container inside the waffle bowl crushing it to pieces.
