The ice cream was delicious but the store put the wrong lid on the container so ice cream was squished out the top and down the side of the container.

Cost was way too much for what you get. $20 for two small containers of ice cream, not even a pint. We did coffee ice cream and chocolate shavings for our "free" add-in and chose to do cinnamon as an extra for $0.90. Which is outrageous for simple cinnamon. As it turned out there was very little coffee flavor and almost no cinnamon. You could not see any specks of cinnamon. The chocolate shavings were good the only thing good about it. I won't order from them again. I've bought coffee ice cream with chocolate shavings from the grocery store for less than half the price for 2 full pints. And I can mix my own cinnamon in for about a nickel in cinnamon and get more flavor. I have heard good things about Cold Stone Creami, but this time they really failed. I usually give a place a second chance to impress me, but the ice cream tonight doesn't warrant a second chance. Oh, and one ice cream was not as full as the other. It did not fill the container. But they did include two spoons. Alas no napkins.

We absolutely love Cold Stone! Their ice cream is so good, and they have so many options for add ins. They are always a huge hit in our house!

3 stars for the Blast Freeze for an extra frozen Creation but the order itself was wildly disappointing. 2 of the 4 ice creams had random toppings that weren't supposed to be there, yet all 4 had less toppings overall than I've ever seen from any Cold Stone before. And they were not mixed at all. Worst Cold Stone I've ever ordered from.
