I would give a 5 star, but I do not get my waffle, which I paid extra for. This is the second time. I did not say it the first time, as I figured it was an oops. But now that it's happened again, I feel it necessary.

We order from this store often and have never been disappointed. Unfortunately, we ordered from here on Thursday and got the large Cheesecake Fantasy® which is our "usual" and the ice cream tasted sour so we had to throw away the whole thing sadly. No ice cream for us tha day and a wasted $25

One of my favorite things about ColdStone is the generous mix-ins and I got very little in my last 2 pints. This time, one mix-in is totally missing, maybe 1 bite of brownie, very little fudge, etc. Double check the receipt, please. Don't skimp.

I mean, the product is delicious, no complaints there. The ice cream is really thick and creamy, just how I like it. The amount of selections of flavors and add-ins, means there are thousands of combinations. But be warned if you're ordering an extra like a waffle cone- They forget to put them in the bag more often than not.
