I love Corbo- we order pretty regularly and it's consistently delicious. The pizza was perfectly cooked, cheesy with soft crust. The salad was also very tasty; but it for sure wasnt the salad in the description /picture of the one I ordered. ( Hence the reason I give 4/5 insteadof 5/5).

Great flavor! The ingredients were top notch and quality overall was excellent which is what you want when you pay a premium. The pizza had spiciness to it from the pepperoni w hot honey and was a bit heavy. This specific salad was so fresh and went perfectly with the heavier pizza. There are so many other pizza options in this area, but the ingredients and flavors make this place a standout!

Best damn cheese pizza in the Red Bank area, without a doubt. Classic flavor, cooked perfectly with amazing dough. Crispy Arancini were really good too, and like how the truffle sauce is on the side (since my other half hates truffle lol, more for me).
