The ST LOUIS CUT SPARE RIBS were so smokey, tender with tasty sauce I would give them 5 stars. I knocked a star off my rating because of the CORN BREAD MUFFIN . It was dry and tiny, definitely not worth the price. Too bad because the flavor was pretty good.

I can appreciate the meat for the fact that it fell off the bone and was very tender. One of the negative aspects were the price point of the food. $14 for 4 cornbread muffins. $7 for a small plastic tub of banana pudding that was watery in consistency and gray. The ribs had no BBQ sauce on them, and unfortunately I didn't buy more sauce because it was $4 for a small side of extra sauce. if I would have known the ribs came dry, I would have bought the sauce. We ate here in person last year and it was good, but sadly after this experience with the food we probably won't be back. We live 5 minutes away and love BBQ, and sadly this could be much better.

This was quite the surprise in all the best ways. The 18 HOUR BRISKET amd ST LOUIS CUT SPARE RIBS were out of this world. A perfect cook, super juicy brisket and the sauce on the ribs was divine. The CAMPFIRE PIT BEANS are meaty, and wonderfully seasoned while being perfectly cooked. the RED POTATO SALAD was simple but delicious, exactly how it should be, the mac was CREAMY MAC N CHEESE and again so well seasoned. I don't know if this is a ghost kitchen or not, but whoever is making this BBQ is doing it right!

Excellent BBQ with real value and portion sizes. We ate St. Louis ribs, beef brisket, Mac n cheese, bbq baked beans, and corn bread. Everything was hot & juicy, tender and delicious. Great family meal choice.

So excited to find proper brisket! Perfect bark, smoke ring the right depth and color, and the meat is crazy tender and juicy that gently pulls apart rather than falls apart!
I'll be dreaming of this brisket until the next time. If they don't have a competitive BBQ team they sure should!!
