I was i a celebratory mood today, so I ordered the 10 piece butterfly jumbo shrimp dinner with fries and a pint of the frozen custard. Every single thing I asked for was there along with utensils for dinner, salt and prpper packets, napkins, and butter for my roll. As always the tastes were just right.

Culvers Concretes are SO good. It would be wonderful if they could devise a way to keep them frozen. Even when I choose "direct to me" $2.99 fee, they are still melty.

The food was good, it usually is. This is the first time I tried one of their concrete mixers. It tasted fine, but this was a shake, not a concrete. Concrete implies that it will be very thick, and this was melting and runny, even after I put it in the freezer and came back to it minutes later! Over all, I really like Culver's, but custard just doesn't set like ice cream.

My shrimp dinner was quite good tonight. The french fries had not gotten soggy during the delivery drive. I received everything I had ordered including the pint of vanilla frozen custard. My only real problem was the driver who made the delivery. My delivery instructions asked for the order be handed to me. I also specifically asked for the driver to knock loudly and wait for me as I am old, slow moving, and have cats to get out of my way. When I opened the door, the bag containing my order was on the floor of the breezeway; the driver was already in his car and pulling out of the parking space.
