every time I eat there or order delivery the food is always delicious. First time I have had their ice cream and I loved it. I highly recommend Culvers.

Extremely poor quality The grilled chicken sandwich was covered with old flat top blackened garbage from not being cleaned. I ordered the sandwich without a bun because you can't get it without butter. so I received a grilled chicken breast with a slice of tomato and some shredded lettuce. I had to wash the chicken off thoroughly on both sides along with the tomato. I was able to salvage about half of the lettuce the other half was covered in the grill garbage. I also ordered an order of onion rings that must have been made earlier that day or possibly yesterday very dark in the fryer two or three times easy assumption the remainder of the onion inside was like an onion skin because it had been cooked so many times. my entire order should have never left the restaurant and thrown out because it was literally garbage. I won't order from Culver's again because this is consistently what I get since covid-19. Nothing fresh despite their claim.

Was kinda cold, which I can overlook, but there was something weird about the bun. It tasted like a cheap grocery store bun
