I love the simplicity in their burgers. I got the double ButterBurger® Cheese with ketchup mayo and mustard. The patties are pretty thin which is why I started doubling up lol. Patty quality is good though. I much prefer butter buns over regular buns in my opinion. Crinkle Cut Fries are a must as well. They are filling so a medium is more than enough for one person.

Burger was so good, love their thick and crunch pickles and the butter bread was chefs kiss. Fries are crinkle cut and taste good but I would've preferred them a little crunchier but overall very good. Shake wasnt very thick but all the flavors were there, next time I would splurge for the concrete

Not "poor," but needs improvement. Customer service was decent, but unfortunately, they don't accept DoorDash orders through the drive-thru until late at night, which is an inconvenience for those of us who drove there on our lunch break. Lines can be very long, and their system for verifying you are the correct person to pick up your order is outdated. DoorDash should be using a pin system. When you place an order, a pin should be generated and visible on the app or sent to your email. The Dasher or restaurant should have to verify your pin before handing over your food. I also ordered The Culver's® Deluxe Value Basket with a side of cheese curds, which are basically mini mozzarella sticks. For whatever reason, Culver's won't give you marinara with your cheese curds. No matter where you order mozzarella sticks or cheese curds, they will give you your choice of a side or marinara or ranch. Not Culver's. You have to pay extra for it, or eat your cheese curds dry. Ridiculous.

best chicken sandwich I ever had, the mash potatoes and gravy was delicious and hot. I'd be coming back to this location again 😄
