the blt salad was a bit disappointing in terms of flavor, but it was filling! fries weren't salted but were actually really tasty. chicken sandwich was much better than what i was expecting. first time having a blizzard and even tho it was melted (which is fine bc it's what i was expecting!), it was amazing. clearly, i was craving chick-fil-a but dairy queen definitely came through. will be ordering from here again.

I ordered 4 LARGE rotisserie chicken bites only and received 4 SMALL boxes of chicken bites with fries and bread, which I did NOT WANT!
The chicken bites were stale and hard to eat and not very warm. I only ate a few before throwing them out. This restaurant is only 1.5 miles from my apartment!

This stores quality is in decline. I ordered two large blizzards which showed up as smalls. They do not blend the ingredients so that top to bottom the product is the same. Either train them to do it right or find someone.

Chicken strips & fries were cold, no gravy & toast was tough & chewy. Pecans in Turtle Pecan Blizzard were very bitter which indicates they were old, bad or both. Was overcharged for blizzards. When adding $3.99 is automatically added then an additional charge when selecting a size, which you have to do. I was charged $7.58 for the mini & $9.48 for the medium. Will not be ordering from here again.
