the food was great as usual. however it was all shoved into one bag that was not able to be closed so all the heat left the bag and the food was cold. we also ordered salads which were delicious but they didn't send us any forks. which if we were at home would be no problem but we are at work.

This is the first time I have been unhappy with a DoorDash order.
Most of my onion rings were overdone to the point of looking burnt, the ranch I ordered was not included, & there was very little barbecue sauce on my chicken.
This used to be a favorite, but it will be quite a while before I order again!

unfortunately received 3 OREO® Fudge Brownie BLIZZARD® Treat instead of the 2 Turtle Pecan Cluster BLIZZARD® Treat and one OREO® Fudge Brownie BLIZZARD® Treat that we ordered. The fudge is a strong chocolate flavor , hopefully by the third time they can get our order correct

The blizzard was the wrong size and not made to the specifications that I had requested. Then they over filled it and there was ice cream run all down the sides by the time I had received it. First time I've had issues with them.
