The Shake was fantastic. I got caramel and my boyfriend got vanilla and both tasted lovely. Everything was packaged well too, and there was a spooky little note in the bag that told us to have an amazing night with a little ghost drawn on it!

Repeat customer from this location and they get it right every time. I normally order a shake and a cookie dough blizzard with extra cookie dough and no hot fudge - they make it correctly! Once I forgot to order online without the fudge and called up there and they were nice enough to fix my order.

If I place an order and add a topping, I only get the added topping. I get charged for it, but not the actual thing I ordered. It's very upsetting, but the taste is good, so we keep coming back even if it's not what we order.

I really wanted a shake or malt from the restaurant we ordered dinner from. After completing our order for that restaurant, we didn't know that they didn't have shakes or malts for delivery, even though they do in store, but did have sundaes and ice cream on their menu?!?! I was really upset.
This was only the 2nd time I used DD. The last order was years ago, and it was pizza. We just moved here a few months ago, and don't know everything around yet, and then saw that you could add on another stop! I had 3 minutes to find a place to get a shake!! Then, I saw that DQ had malts! I really wanted Oreo, couldn't find it as an add in for a shake, but didn't want a Blizzard, so with no time to waste, I ordered a large hot fudge Malt , gave the driver, Kyle, an extra tip for the 2nd stop, and was pleasantly surprised!
DQ included a straw and napkin, placed a temper-evident/spill protection sticker over the lid, then put it in a plastic bag with handles, that was HEAT SEALED!!! There was just a little hole to open the bag with your hands, or you had to open it with scissors.
I'm a chronically ill person fighting sepsis, and I have a digestive disease. I really really appreciate the extra that DQ's staff went through to make sure that my food was safe, and didn't spill all over in Kyle's vehicle.
