The food is great but I do suggest for the Dallas location to start using drink cup lids on blizzards for to go orders.

So glad you are sealing the delivery bag! We got tired of fries being 75% gone, so we stopped ordering from you. Backyard Burgers were delicious, very good spicy chicken sandwich, but the fish sandwich is horrible! Thin as a matchbook, burnt coating and fish tasted like fishy fish. We threw that in the garage after first bite. 😪😤 Maybe pass along to corporate that fish is barely there and stinks!

Blizzard was ok. There was so much cake pieces in it that it was just off. Plus the cake pieces get all mushy. Will probably just stick to shakes in the future.

The smores ice cream bearly had any of the smores chocolate pieces they were all on top and the rest was plain I should have to pay extra for you guys to put the right amount of topping

Fries were soggy. And looked like they'd been eaten as the container was miss less than full. Strips were good.
