My personal favorites are the Pork and celery dumplings, but all the options are fantastic. Just a little bit juicy inside, perfectly seared if you got them that way (I recommend seared if you're going to eat them all right away, boiled if you expect leftovers). Top marks for customer service, too!

I had ordered the Pork Dumplings and they were delicious. They lacked a little in seasoning, but some siracha and soy sauce for dipping go a long way.
