• DoorDash orderThe burger was burned to a crisp, so was the bun but not as bad as the meat. Worst burger I ever had. The 8 Layer Veggie Burrito wasn't even wrapped. It was so loose that everything fell out. I'm sorry I paid what I did for those items.

• DoorDash orderBecause the steaming hot food is put in a paper bag and sealed w a sticker and then put in a plastic bag, by the time it gets here it has been steamed to death and the normally crispy fries are completely limp and soggy, and the tortillas have also become soggy and they can no longer hold their contents. They tear and split open when you try to eat them .
Also, the fish tacos, that are much better tasting w the lime, often come w no lime. It's a small detail but makes such a difference.
Seems like a few minor changes would make a big difference!
