Scrumptious Indian food -- we've been fans since 2018. Despite the "diner" name, this is fine dining fare. As hot pepper wimps we love the non-hot options. Wonderful veggie, lamb, goat, & seafood dishes. Lots of variety. Tonight we tried the Lamb Kofta Curry,Achari Gobhi, & Pumpkin Tikka Masala -- all delicious. Lamb lovers, the lamb shanks are delish!

Great Indian ' Halal Lunch Special ' in Albany.
Called them right after I placed the order.
Asked about the Advertised Veg. Dish promo.
She was kind enough to include a ' Delicuous Garbanzo Bean Curry ' !!!
The Tomato Onion based Gravy on the ' Cubed Lamb Karahi ' Dish was ' Flavorful !!! Included were ' Brown Rice & Fresh Warm ROTI Bread.
Warm Bread arrived in a ' Foil Lined Sack ' !!!

Vegetable Korma was very good. It was very creamy almost like a chowder. The flavor was nice and didn't have an overpowering vegetable taste. Tasted indistinguishable from a non veggie dish. Chicken Tikka Kabab- Halal & boneless was just tender enough with a slight bit of acidity to brighten the flavor.

I've been on the hunt for a good Indian restaurant that delivers for some time now and I'm pleased to say I finally found it. The Lunch Saag Paneer- gluten free was flavorful (even without extra spice, as I ordered mild out of an abundance of caution) the rice was well-seasoned and buttery, the naan was fluffy, the Mango Lassi was well-balanced and I didn't try my boyfriend's Vegetable Samosa(2pcs) but he said they were also very good.
The prices were pretty agreeable as well, and everything was packaged with care. I willbe ordering from here again.

I have never had Kachori Chaat- New! (3pcs) before but i absolutely loved it only ever seen pictures n this did not disappoint me at all. A little sweet,salty, and spicy amazing app! The Lunch Lamb Kadai (halal) was alright not enough flavor for me and not enough meat big portion of rice, if the ma meat was cooked in the soup it would've been so much better.
