The String Beans with Garlic were good but a little soggy, and i felt like i didnt get the same amount as when you order at the restaurant. the Chicken Spicy Wontons (8 each) were so yummy, and i liked that they were separate from the sauce so it wasnt soggy. the sauce is the best thing in the world! i would order again but its expensive so in special occasions maybe.

I am addicted! I order the same things almost weekly when I'm here for work: Wood Ear Mushrooms in a Vinegar Dressing, Kurobuta Pork Xiao Long Bao (10 each), Shrimp & Kurobuta Pork Spicy Wontons (8 each), String Beans with Garlic, Chocolate & Mochi Xiao Long Bao (5 each) and when I'm feeling extra hungry black pepper steak and hot/sour soup. They take to go food packaging to the next level - everything is perfectly arranged and fresh. Portions are meant to be shared, but I refuse! Leftover DTF is amazing.

This is the first time I ordered from this restaurant and found that their food is phenomenal! I ordered the Pork Chop Fried Rice. The pork chop was so delicious that I ate every bit of it. The Fried Rice was very flavorful, I couldn't leave the plate with anything on it. I also ordered the Rib appetizer, but I will have to save it for tomorrow. I'm totally happy. I will be ordering again, that's for sure!

Although the broth was very bland, the pork chop in the Pork Chop Noodle Soup was very flavorful. Next time we'll probably order the Hot and Sour Soup and add a pork chop to it. The Kurobuta Pork Xiao Long Bao (10 each) were very good, the Kurobuta Pork Buns (2 each) and Chocolate Buns (2 each) were OUTSTANDING!! The food was also packaged in very attractive packaging. And the utensils were very high quality (including a asian-style soup spoons, high quality chopsticks that you don't have to break apart and don't have splinters. The individual packets of seasonings were also high quality, freshly prepared, and beautifully packaged. Din Tai Fung really goes the extra mile, yet their (very delicious, authentic Taiwanese, and generous portions) food is priced at or below much lower quality "American" Chinese strip mall restaurants.
Also our DoorDash delivery driver, Robert, provided EXCELLENT service. He communicated throughout and made sure our order arrived hot and on time. He also took a photo and alerted us before and after arrival. He's definitely an outstanding employee and an asset to DoorDash!! Well done!!
