1st time having Donatos and we really enjoyed it. Loved that the pizza is loaded with toppings and the crust is perfect. We even appreciated the small sectional cuts, it's a nice change

I'd listen to the other low scores, I got my pizza 30 min after it was picked up and it was cold. Like room temperature, not even a bit of heat to it. The pizza was also super small for its price. It reminded me of pizza that's been sitting out in the open for hours, it couldn't have been fresh when the dasher picked it up. Incredibly disappointed, overpriced and low quality.

Pretzel bites were good but the pizza is absolute trash. Absolutely no flavor and just...bad. Especially in context of the price. You'd be better off with a common pizza delivery than this.

This may be pizza for the right person but I am not that person. The thin crust was not crispy at all. Tasted like it had old oil in it or something. One bite and I was done. The "sauce" on the pizza was off. Not really wanting to call it sauce but not sure how else to refer to it.
The cookie was also not cooked all te way through. I know there was fudge in the center but that is not what I am referring to. I mean the actual cookie part. I am very sad.

It took 2 hours to get this cold pizza and it didn't have extra cheese and the pepperonis were all chopped up. I have gotten one before that looked like the picture. The pizza is very small.
