I have to seriously say that this is some of the best Chinese food I've had in the States. The Dan Dan and Beef Noodle Soups were so flavorful and delicious, as were the Pork and Shrimp Spicy Wonton and Pork Fried Dumpling. I'll be ordering from here often.

The dumplings melted in my mouth and filled me up with joy. Dan Dan noodles were truly exquisite. So grateful to have found this gem in Santa Fe!

Dan Dan soup is always good and spring rolls are really good a little over priced but good. The buns and dumplings are always cooked nicely and this place never has a bad day and always puts out good food

The food is AMAZING. The 16. Steamed pork buns 蒸猪肉包 and the 18. Steamed beef buns 蒸牛肉包 are sooo good. The 19. Steamed soup buns 蒸汤包 are even better! I also got the 38. 🌶️Pork hot and sour sweet potato rice noodle soup 猪肉酸辣粉 and it was soo good and not too spicy. I did order kimchi, but I'm assuming they were out. However, the cucumber they sent more than made up for it. A lovely palette cleanser. Will definitely be ordering again. FOR THE HORDE.

VERY OILY 3. Scallion Pancake 葱油饼 and the beef of the 32. Beef noodle soup 牛肉汤面 is POOR QUALITY, with LOTS of nerves and pretty much no meat. Truly disgusting and disappointing :(
The 23. Pan fried beef buns 煎牛肉包 and B5. Taro boba milk tea 芋香波霸奶茶 were delicious though :)
