Everything was great, thank you! My favorite is the H3 Silky Wide Glass Noodles 流汁宽粉, the spices in the broth are very nice and it has a deep, rich flavor. The Handmade Yogurt 自制手工酸奶 is like a tangy thick yogurt which is nice to have accompanied with the spicy dishes. The N6 Spicy Oil Spill Noodle 油泼面 was really great this time, the noodles are amazing. The first time I had it there wasn't too much sauce but I'm really glad I gave it another try, this time I'm really impressed. Thank you! Would definitely recommend and will be ordering again soon.

The N1. Signature Lanzhou Beef Noodles (Spicy) N1. 兰州牛肉面 (辣) is delicious, the soup is very savory. The Spicy Oil Wonton 红油抄手 weren't bad and not too spicy. And the Chinese Hamburger Pork 猪肉肉夹馍 is nice for a quick meal. Would recommend!

Xian approximation, and a good one. Hot and spicy C4 Cucumber Salad - Hot & Spicy 凉拌黄瓜 came without any spice, refunded. N2 Braised Beef Noodles 红烧牛肉面 were not spicy at all, but still a good clear broth soup. Order them extra spicy for effect. Chinese Hamburger Lamb 羊肉肉夹馍 was better than the cumin lamb sandwich at xian.

Delicious once again, thank you! Love the braised beef and sugar garlic. N6 Spicy Oil Spill Noodle 油泼面 were perfect. Kebabs were well seasoned, tender meat and great spices. Handmade Yogurt 自制手工酸奶 had nuts and some goji berries on top. Really brightened my day, appreciate you so much!

The noodles in the N6 Spicy Oil Spill Noodle 油泼面 have a great texture, the braised beef was delicious. I love the flavor of the H3 Silky Wide Glass Noodles 流汁宽粉 but unfortunately this time I received giant clumps of 5 or more noodles stick together and the inside wasn't cooked. It also wasn't possible to split them apart to reheat. I think you need to watch that please. Thank you .
