My bagel was nearly burnt on my sandwich and I got a hot coffee instead of a hot chocolate. The only thing that was made right was the Original Blend Iced Coffee.

Donuts are always good, but you can never get what u actually order. menu should be updated accordingly. if I order a half dozen and you don't have a certain flavor, replace it, don't just send 4 donuts when I paid for 6. this has happened twice
