I don't understand how this location doesn't make any improvements on the quality. This location manages to screw up my coffee every single time. the Laveen location ALWAYS gets it right. they need to pass this along and hopefully they care enough to make it better because I'm so DISSAPOINTED

I ordered 5 MUNCHKINS® Donut Hole Treats, 2 chocolate frosted sprinkles, 2 double chocolate, and 2 strawberry frosted sprinkles, but I got different donuts. And I was not even informed about it if it's out of stock or what. Anyways, It is still tastes good. I am just kinda disappointed.

The hashbrowns were burnt, charred badly. The bagel I got I wanted cream cheese on the side and did not get any cream cheese at all. The bagel sandwich was also toasted way to much was hard and charred on inside. So much of these were inedible!! Very disappointed.

The service is terrible with Dunkin. Ive ordered three times from there and the order is always wrong. One of my orders was someone else order. Today, missing items and my coffee was made only to fill half the cup. $8 a cup for them to only give me half!? Im not ordering from this dunkin again.
