usually i don't bother to leave a negative review because i know what i'm getting when i order from here and i'm not expecting much more than convenience. but the order i just got came with my large coffee completely tipped over on its side in the bag. thank god it didn't spill but it did leak A LOT and completely soaked through the cardboard. i know for a fact it wasn't my dashers fault because whoever packed the order forgot/didn't bother to open the little cardboard slot intended to hold drinks steady and just left the large drink completely loose in the otherwise mostly empty bag. furthermore, they left the Hash Browns loose without a regular paper bag which allowed them to also get completely soaked. two stars instead of one because the coffee was still mostly full and the coffee soaked hashbrowns actually didn't taste that bad

This dunks occasionally messes up my coffee. I ordered a french vanilla latte and it had no flavor added to it unfortunately its too bitter to drink ):
