Finally had the correct cheese on sandwiches and everything was there. It's a issues to get everything and the correct cheese. I do appreciate it when they make it right and pack everything in the bags and nothing is missing.

I've had issues almost every time I've ordered from here, it's always very hit or miss. This time the drink I received was barely half way filled. In the past I've put in full orders and ended up only receiving the drink from the order and none of the food. When it's good it's really good, but more times than not something is wrong with the order.

I really enjoy Dunkin' being delivered to me except recently this store has not been able to get my order right.....last 3 times at least. Usually it's just an item missing. This last time, 2 items missing, a sandwich I didn't order and a grilled cheese, only half covered with cheese and not even grilled, I'd call it toasted bread in toaster for maybe 15 seconds. Not good at all. The only thing I was able to enjoy was my coffee and my snackin bacon.

Ive only ordered twice and my hash browns were basically raw the first time and the second time my sandwich was burnt, my dasher notified the employee and me about it. the employee didnt seem to care.

Normally they do a good job. They forgot several of my small sandwiches. They always seem to be out of coffee rolls or apple fritters. Or forget to bag them. They also didn't toast my sandwiches this morning
