they never fail to make terrific coffee. Although I would prefer if they put hot food and cold drinks in separate bags.

Terrible service. If something is unavailable, they just give you what they what to give you. Even if it not of equal value. Asked for 2 coffee rolls, they gave me 2 muffins, or an apple fritter or jelly doughnut. Even after i say, contact me if unavailable. Breakfast sandwiches or either undercooked or overcooked. Never in between.

Coffee was super watered down so undrinkable, and instead of a jelly filled donut it was frosted filled? Gross

My previous rating was  a two which I'm not going to change. I complained because of my 12 donuts five donuts were not what I ordered. But also, the donuts are dry and crusty. It's like they are a day or two old which is not what you would expect when. Ordering from a donut shop. Very disappointed.
