3 stars because they still make Boston Cream donuts, but the Boston Cream ( my favorite)is not made the same anymore. They are not as fresh like years ago and it seems to be more and more added sweetener that tastes artificial to the dough. They have gone downhill in these donuts . Many times dough taste close to stale. Not the same as years ago. The custard is ok which makes the Boston Cream Donut what is....but again it's not like fresh custard. The custard taste and looks artificial. There is not a lot of custard inside the donut! They used to have more custard! The chocolate the same... it's just ok. They need a major overhaul and should change to artificial sweeteners , less sugar , and better quality and freshness in the dough.

This store has the worst quality food and service is awful - coffee is disgusting and they can never get an order correct - maybe try getting off your phones and doing your job - give the customer what he's paying for since youre already ripping us off !!
