The donuts were fresh and good for it being so close to their closing time. The selection was slim but they were honest about it when I spoke to them. The main thing I wish was different was that I received a coffee instead of a hot chocolate which I requested. I bought an x-large hot chocolate to split it with my nephews so we could have a drink to dip our donuts in or just to have with the donuts. We were all disappointed when we realized we got coffee instead. I called and asked for a Bavarian donut instead of the jelly donut since that donut is not on the Doordash menu, they said they hadone left but it didn't taste like the normal Bavarian donut. 😕 The pumpkin donut was awesome!!!

Ordered 3 boston, 2 Vanilla creme, 1 Double chocolate. We did not receive the double chocolate, instead got 3 vanilla creme. Chose contact, but did not receive any contact to choose substitution. This happens a lot. We love the donuts, but wish choosing Contact was adhered to if substitutions are needed.

This is the third time I've placed an order from this Dunkin Store and my entire order its incorrect. Plus I am not able to get a refund, yet I spent $17. Thinking it would be different this time but it wasn't. I am very disappointed with this location and it is the only Dunkin close to me that accepts DoorDash. I definitely will not order from this store again. Horrible service!!! My entire order was incorrect. I ordered a Large Iced Cappuccino and a chocolate glazed donut, instead I was given Hot Coffee not iced Cappuccino and regular glazed munchkins not a glazed chocolate donut. My receipt even said Large Iced Cappuccino and a Chocolate glazed donut. The store completed the order incorrectly and its not the first time this has happened. The DoorDash driver picked up my order which had my name on it, the store didn’t give the dasher the correct order. The bag where the donuts came in also had a hole on the bottom. Very unsanitary!
