I really appreciate how they package the items in a cardboard package within a bag and tamper proof seal. Turkey Sausage Egg and Cheese was incredibly great---tasty, warm, melty, & the English muffin was soft. Original Blend is great, lighter than majority other light roasts I've had.

My Sourdough Breakfast Sandwich was tasteless and the eggs had an odd consistency. I do not recommend ordering. The was good but had been toasted and was burnt. I would recommend picking up your order vs having it delivered. At least you can catch if there is an issue before leaving.

I am so glad Dunkin is here in the Joplin/Carthage area. I want to give it a 5, I do, maybe it's my loyalty to the Dunkin fandom. I wish there was better quality control overall, I could get a burnt bagel or an undercooked bagel, or order a coffee the same way and it be two different colors depending on the time of day. Because of that, it's a 4. But dang aint that Original Blend Iced Coffee a dang good drink.

My donuts were wrong, fritters were missing, no straws for our 6 dollar drinks. The manager, Nick, acted like he did everything he could when it is standard that I get reached out to in the event of substitutions/ items not in stock. I should have listened to the folks on the "what's happening in Carthage" Facebook page and stayed AWAY!! Do not order from here. The manager said himself "don't put orders in on DoorDash like that" referring to orders I would expect to be correct. I spent 46$ for it ms I did not order, missing items, and drinks covered in whip cream with no straw. Nothing was done by DoorDash or the manager, Nick. DONT ORDER FROM HERE. And from what I've heard, it's not any better in person. Horrible, awful experience.
