initially thought due to driver laying my order bags on their side my food and drinks were ruined. not fault of the store. but upon closer inspection of my food showed it was burnt, and my hashbrowns were sopping wet none of my order was able to be saved or eaten.

my coffee was fine and came more or less as I had requested; however, the croissant was dry. I know that delivery can affect the quality of food but delivery can't make food stale and that's what the croissant was: stale. disappointing.

they always make my coffee perfectly! i'll drive out just to order here. the times my coffee wasn't right, the staff never fights, they just try again and get it right. very good customer service and clean location.
