• DoorDash orderFood was excellent. Greens were tender and so was the cabbage. I ordered an extra side of cabbage and they packed it separately which was fortunate since the delivery person wasnt so careful (was wildly swinging the bag back and forth). BBQ chicken was flavorful and tender. Will definitely order again.

Mac and cheese says all in the photos! Nasty, mushy and flavorless. The whiting didn't taste fresh, ewww to that too. And im like why is there so much skin, I swear i have ordered from other olacesand never even saw skin...
The Cornbred (1 pc) packaging is absolutely NOT ok, and they put another piece in there so it made me feel like they knew. But I was highly disappointed

I love soul food and this by far is the best tasting...Smothered Pork Chops and Gravy, Mac&Cheese with great flavor, Greenswith some hot sauce and cornbread! So good! I'll be trying more but you should try it if you're looking for Soul Food!

• DoorDash reviewI stumbled across this place on door dash and decided to give them a try. when my food arrived after only 30 minutes I was surprised how fast the delivery was. my food was still hot. Everything looked fresh. I was surprised to see how delicious this food was. everything was seasoned to perfection. the Mac and cheese was cheesy creamy and seasoned. I was skeptical about the candy yams and collard greens but to my surprise it was delicious. It tastes like someone's grandma is in that kitchen. I will be ordering again.
