The waffle was really good. The home fries were not good, looked like someone took a hammer and smashed a baked potato down, not good texture. The eggs were not scrambled and had no flavor.

Whoever prepared my order clearly was not having a good morning. Nothing was prepared as I ordered it and shrimp was over cooked. No syrup for waffles either.

I keep wanting to like Eggs Up but the food at this location is mediocre at best. The Shrimp & Grits Bowl was watery with a heavy lemon flavor because they put a half lemon grilled in the middle of the grits. It also only had liter 3 shrimps in the entire dish. The Carne Asada Breakfast Burrito lacked taste. Was just some meat eggs with no seasoning rolled in the burrito.
