Would have been five stars but they forgot the coffee cream. The bagels are great, crispy outside and pillowy soft inside. The lox and bagel is the best, and a good value.

normally Einstein is very on point, but today my Bacon & Cheddar Egg Sandwich was not up to par. The bacon was almost raw and so I didn't feel comfortable eating it at all. As usual the coffee was great though. Please have your people slow down so the bacon gets cooked.
