They ran out of hashbrowns and our preferred bagels so they sent us a cute hand written note apologizing, coupons, and two huge chocolate chip cookies! I have always had great service/food with Einstein!

First time I ordered the Blackberry Lemonade, it was delicious and tasted like lemonade. Now every time I try and order it, it tastes like watered down iced tea.

The flavor was fine but the overall size of the bagel was significantly smaller than it has been in the past. That combined with the hike in pricing, no longer makes it worth it. Very disappointed

Took close to an hour to prepare order. Did not include Schmear, did not slice the Half Dozen Bagel with Shmear despite option being checked (minor issue). The Mocha was either flavorless or they just gave me the a plain coffee, I can't tell. I gave two stars because the bagels were good once I went to the store to get cream cheese.

Sandwich was good but nothings like I was expecting from the photo on their page. Would not pay $10 for this again. I wanted something for breakfast not a snack.
