Only 2 very thin, short, slivers of bacon in this sandwich. I literally had to search for it between the egg, ham, cheese and shmear.

Bagels are tasty nicely toasted but service is inconsistent. Condiments with the.coffee come only 25% of the time even when I call to ask. Smear never consistent sometimes it is as thick as the bagel sometimes barely covers the bagel. Need some guidance by management for consistency and customer service.

The store took forever to prepare our order. It was supposed to take between 15-25 minutes to get our food and it took an hour just to make some bagel sandwiches. The Twice-Baked Hashbrown was not good.

Overall, the bagel was good...but it needed more cinnamon. Also..I was tasting other bagel flavors that I didn't want on the cinnamon sugar bagel..like onion and stuff. Perhaps the Bagels are touching each other too much.

it was good I just wish they had actually toasted the bagel more and let the cheese melt but other than that it was good, I also had decided to try the hash brown it wasn't bad (it just wasn't my thing) it had some notes of I think cooked parmesan cheese or idk some type of cheese but I can definitely see other people loving it
