Roasted Poblano Enchiladas were really good. I ordered a side of queso with it, thinking theyd send chips but they didnt. That was a slight bummer, but other than that I was content! It was a good amount of food for the price too!

This was my first time ordering from this place and I was really impressed. The Rio Cheesy O was delicious and now I want eggs with my enchiladas always. However, I was sad that it didn't come with rice as advertised, only beans. I suspected that would be the case when it only had me choose one side option but the description did say it was served with rice and beans. The Side Dressing $ADD SPICY SALSA was not spicy at all and neither was the regular salsa that came with the Queso Blanco*. However the Queso Blanco* was delicious on its own. The chips come with some type of seasoning on them which is not usually my thing but wasn't bad. Next time, I'll see if i can get some without it. I was really glad I had added the Mexi Potatoes and will most likely choose those as a side again.
